Stretch Therapy™ Mobilise | 60 mins

Classes are focused on joint mobilisation, spinal movements and stretching to loosen up, improve range of motion and move with ease, based on the
Stretch Therapy™ system, including solo and partner stretches. Suitable to all levels of participants seeking muscular release. Participants without any exercise experience are welcome.  ​​

Stretch Therapy™ Empower  | 90 mins

Classes include joint mobilisation, a variety of whole body stretches, including solo and partner exercises based on the Stretch Therapy™ system, in order to release muscle tension and increase range of motion by engaging in some powerful stretching techniques. Suitable for participants with some movement or exercise experience.

Stretch Therapy™ Hip Mobility  | 90 mins

This special mini-workshop will focus specifically on mobilisation and stretches for squats, pancake, pike, and splits. StretchTherapy™ techniques include limbering, facial releases and deeper stretches, solo and partner assisted.

Stretch Therapy™ Intro  | 90 mins

An introductory class to experience the benefits of  Stretch Therapy™ .  If you are considering attending a Foundation Stretch Course or starting Mobilise Stretch or Power Stretch classes , this comprehensive 90 minutes is a great place to start. Flexibility training for everyone!
