Tailored workshops for Dwyer-Whelan Acadamy of Irish Dance for: better performance; injury prevention; recovery; and technical aptitude. These workshops will mainly focus on; flexibility and strength; whilst also including power; balance; and endurance exercises to assist competitive dancers in improving and maintaining condition.
